Sunnybrook Hospital’s Mental Health Telemetry

Sunnybrook Hospital’s Mental Health Telemetry project is a Web app. and a parent CMS that allows clinicians the ability to create online questionnaires for their participating patients that quiz the patient on their current mood in a number of different emotion categories. The clinicians can then view their patients’ aggregated data results using a Data Visualization tool built using the D3 library that gives them the ability to zoom in on various data paths, view patient notes, create their own clinician notes and save custom session states. The Data Visualization tool was one of the greatest challenges of my career so far.
